Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or if an
incorrect item is delivered. Customers may choose a replacement or refund.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and
supporting images/videos.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Used or opened
products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

shipping on all orders above AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a flat delivery
