Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or if an
incorrect item is delivered. Customers may choose a replacement or refund.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and
supporting images/videos.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Used or opened
products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

delivered within 3–4 business days from order confirmation. We offer free
shipping on all orders above AED 50. For orders below AED 50, a flat delivery
